Due to State and Federal law and our in-house disposable vape testing policy you must be 21 years of age or older to enter the store. This will mean that babies and children or anyone under the age of 21 will not be allowed to enter the store, even if accompanied by an adult. Please plan your trip accordingly.

We use the IntelliCheck software and ID recognition database. This database is able to connect to all US State Department of Licensing data and verify within seconds to tell us if an ID is fake. They have been proven to be 99.6% effective in detecting fake IDs. If a fake ID is caught by our staff, we will confiscate and hole punch the ID. This ID will then be put on our "Wall of Shame". 

Absolutely! Despite what other smoke and vape shops tell you, they just don't want to go the extra mile for their customers. Just show proper physical ID and we'll let you taste test almost any vape we have in stock.  We'll give you a shot of hand sanitizer and a disposable silicone mouth tip for the vape.

a) Person is an Licensed Retailer. (Under RCW 70.345.020)

b) Tastings offered only on premises and product cannot be removed from premises.

c) Entry into premises is restricted to 21+ only.

d) Vapor product must have 0% nicotine or customer states they consent to taking nicotine.

e) Device must be maintained by the retailer and a disposable mouthpiece is given per taste testing session.

We have a "14-Day Disposable Vape Exchange Policy" for manufacturer defects. Bring back the box and receipt along with the defective device within 14 days on the receipt and we will take care of you as long as the device is not used beyond normal.  We ask all customers to please test your disposable vapes before leaving the store to save time and to ensure no issues with your disposable vape.

All other sales of general merchandise and consumer goods are considered final.

We have a local price match policy for all local competitors within a 5-mile radius of our store on verified products. All price match inquiries will be reasonably entertained.

We do not price match online prices due to Washington state tax regulations.
